Description

The machine is a high-grade black tea  processing machinery. When the machine is working , the tea leaves on the  stainless steel belt of the machine would be evenly spread cool. It makes most  of the low-temperature hot air to make the fresh tea leaves loose the water and  achieve the purpose of withering.



The withering leaves is used for the next  process of rolling . By controlling the temperature of the box wind, the  withering process can be adjusted adaptively in different seasons, making the  withering process of the fine black tea simpler; at the same time, the fresh  leaves evaporate quickly and wither and evenly overcome the bad weather.

The tea leaves will begin to wilt soon  after picking, with a gradual onset of enzymatic oxidation. Withering is used  to remove excess water from the leaves and allows a very slight amount of  oxidation. The leaves can be either put under the sun or center in a cool breezy  room to pull moisture out from the leaves. The leaves sometimes lose more than  a quarter of their weight in water during withering. The process is also  important in promoting the breakdown of leaf proteins into free amino acids and  increases the availability of freed caffeine, both of which change the taste of  the tea
